RPM Roofing tiles are designed from
actual castings of
natural mission, cedar shake and slate tiles. While they look just
like real clay or wood tiles, our tiles are 1/3 lighter than
clay tiles with superior impact resistance resulting
in far less breakage. RPM Roofing has tested and is now manufacturing
our new low cost roofing alternative produced from
100% recycled plastic that will be competitively
priced with custom
roofing materials in the country. This is the
first time that a composite plastic (recycled or otherwise) roofing
product is competitive with custom roofing shingle pricing.
RPM plastic roofing tiles boast absolute
water resistance along with extreme fire retardation capability.
Since our tiles are so light and strong, installation is “walk-on” and
requires lower structural and engineering expenses.
Beyond the stunning beauty and unrivalled quality, RPM plastic
roofing tiles maintain the high resistance to
fire, hail and wind (110 mph). All these
features provide our customers with substantial discounts
from most major insurance companies and enable RPM to offer a 50
year transferable warranty on all our plastic roofing tiles. To
the best of our knowledge, no other plastic roofing tile firm offers
all three styles in all the colors we do.
All
of the Company’s plastic roofing products are manufactured from 100%
recycled plastic material in a process that creates products
that are superior to all presently employed roofing products.
Our products are superior for the following reasons:
 |
1. Superior impact resistance.
2. Extreme fire and flame resistance.
3. Uncommon durability.
4. Absolute water resistance.
5. Castings made from actual tiles.
6. Ease of application.

RPM Roofing understands that the demand for plastic roofing
materials is increasing faster than the demand for traditional roofing
materials. A greater than 50% increase in demand for plastic roofing
products is expected by 2010, whereas the entire roofing industry
is expected to increase by 20% during the same period. We also believe
that the demand for plastic roofing products is currently, and will
continue to be, bolstered in part by the continued emphasis on the
use of recycled materials. The EPA has raised recycling goals and
has focused on the construction industry. The EPA's target states
with the largest recycling rates include California, New York, Minnesota,
Florida and Texas.
RPM Roofing believes that environmental considerations
will only enhance our ability to compete in the roofing marketplace.
The recycling business is a $240 billion industry. The EPA continues
to raise recycling goals each year and we expect that even higher
goals will be set in the future. In order to achieve its goals, the
EPA is emphasizing the use of recycled materials employed in the
construction of both private and public structures.
Plastic roofing demands are increasing at a faster rate
than industry or other major competitive segments. This growth appears
to be increasing each year. The market is going straight up with
no end in sight. The need to use recycled material is becoming an
ever-growing factor in the construction industry. The EPA raised
recycling goals, focusing on construction. Everywhere in the world
recycling has become an important industry consideration. RPM has
taken responsibility to not only to fulfill the needs of customers,
but architects and builders as well to achieve the success that we
believe it will have. "Raise The Roof" with RPM Roofing tiles!
